Article Formatting Rules (Formats, Volume, Structure, Bibliography)

The electronic version of the scientific article must be prepared in MsWord and sent through the online submission system.

Additionally, authors are required to:

  1. Prepare a cover letter (Appendix 3),
  2. Fill out author information (Appendix 4),
  3. Submit a document signed by the corresponding author.

Main Requirements for Article Structure

  1. SRSTI (MRNTI)
  2. UDC
  3. DOI (assigned after acceptance)
  4. Author Full Names + Affiliations
  5. Corresponding Author Email
  6. Article Title
  7. Abstract in 3 languages
  8. Keywords in 3 languages
  9. Introduction
  10. Materials and Methods / Theoretical Framework
  11. Results and Discussion
  12. Conclusion
  13. References and Transliteration

Text and Format Requirements

  1. Times New Roman, 12 pt, 1.0 spacing
  2. Margins: Top/Bottom — 20 mm, Inner — 30 mm, Outer — 10 mm
  3. Paragraph indent 0.7 cm, justified alignment
  4. Tables — Word tables only (no images)
  5. Figures — with captions, charts with original Excel files
  6. Article length: at least 4–5 pages excluding bibliography

Bibliographic Style

  1. GOST 7.1–2003
  2. In-text citations — in square brackets as mentioned
  3. Names of foreign authors — in original transcription
  4. Reference list — in two versions:
    1. Russian (according to GOST),
    2. Translit + Translation (for Scopus).

Templates

Authors are required to use the templates below

Form 1 contains:

  1. Author(s) data;
  2. Article title;
  3. Indication of the journal section;
  4. Confirmation of no duplicate publication;
  5. Statement of no conflict of interest;
  6. Consent to data processing;
  7. Signature and date.

Required for each author

Form 2 contains:

  1. Full name in 3 languages;
  2. Academic degree and title;
  3. Organization and position;
  4. Phone number;
  5. Email;
  6. ORCID (mandatory);
  7. SPIN / AuthorID (if available)

Text Formats:

  1. DOCX — primary format
  2. LaTeX
