Peer Review Process
The journal uses a double-blind peer review procedure to ensure an objective and independent expert evaluation of submitted materials

Evaluation Criteria
All articles submitted to the editorial office undergo mandatory peer review. The review covers the following aspects:
- Compliance with the journal's profile;
- Adequacy of the research methods applied;
- Sufficiency of the controls performed;
- Correctness of statistical processing of results;
- Degree of topic relevance;
- Key scientific results and significance of the article;
- Recommendation on the possibility of publication.
Deadlines
The reviewer is obliged to consider the article within the established timeframe and send the review to the editorial office online or provide a reasoned refusal. The review period is determined by the editorial office, taking into account the need for prompt publication, but does not exceed 30 calendar days from the moment of receiving the materials.
In case of article revision, the editorial office sends recommendations or a copy of the review to the author. The revised version must be provided to the editorial office within the specified timeframe and is sent for re-review.
If an article is rejected, the author receives a reasoned refusal and a copy of the review.
Review Templates
The review must be formatted in strict accordance with the template (Appendix 2).
The document must reflect:
- Detailed comments on the structure and content of the article;
- Indication of specific inaccuracies or errors (with page numbers);
- Final recommendation of the reviewer:
- Recommend for publication;
- Recommend after revision / elimination of comments;
- Do not recommend for publication.
After a positive decision is made, the editorial office sends the author a letter with the issue number and instructions for filling out the cover letter (Appendix 3).
Anonymity Mode
Reviewing is carried out according to the double-blind review model:
- Authors do not know the identity of the reviewers;
- Reviewers do not know the identity of the authors.
The article materials are considered as the author's intellectual property and are classified as non-disclosable information.
Reviewers are prohibited from copying article materials, using the information obtained for personal gain, or disclosing it before publication.
Reviewing is carried out with full confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards.
The final decision on publication is made by the journal's editorial board.
